The delivery charges are based on the location of the customer address ad any sales or specials that may be active. Some products will ship free of charge while others, such as international shipments will incur charges.

We accept MasterCar, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal as a method of payments as well. No check or Money Order are acceptable as forms of payment.

The delivery time will vary based on the location of our warehouse in which the product is being shipped. Generally we ship from the closest warehouse for the quickest delivery time. In general, we ask that you give the deliver 12 – 14 days as some products may be back-ordered and have to come from our overseas location.

We use SSL Encrypted technology to protect our customer personal and credit card information. This will be notated by the https:// when you are checking out on our cart.

After the order is placed and payment is successful, the order is received by our Customer Service department for validation and then processed for shipment. Once the order is processed, we notify the customer of the shipment along with the carrier tracking information so that it can be monitored. If PayPal is the form of payment, the information is uploaded and notification will be received from PayPal.

You will receive an email confirmation with the Order # and notification of successful payment. Once the shipment is processed and shipped, a 2nd notification is sent along with the carrier tracking information.
